I have downloaded the Ivid the Undying gazeteer by Sargent. There was a reference made to the unholy bloodshield of Hextor, but no statistics were included. What are its powers? If there is no canon answer, what are some suggested powers?
I'm afraid there are no canonical answers to that question. The unholy bloodshield was never detailed. However, it would make a cool writeup, that someone should tackle and post. Perhaps taking a look at the Blood Golem and taking your cues from there.

I decided to join after some months of viewing. Actually, some information on bloodshield could be found in the fading lands that was on Greyhawk Council site. And I remember to have seen it statistically detailed there, too, but it was surely not canon.
