I'm interested in using the Scarlet Brotherhood's spiffy red-skinned trolls in my 3.5 campaign. My understanding is that they are immune to both fire and acid. Since I've never seen "official" stats for them, I was wondering how one went about actually killing one. I guess death magic might do it, but are there other alternatives?

Also, if their stats are anything special beyond normal trolls with extra immunities, does anyone know where I might find them?

I guess outside of powerful magic, range weapons or clever traps, one could simply hack until the bits stop moving...gruesome but effective.

Even more interesting is the whole idea of the SB cross breeding and medical experiments, the new types of creatures either :
1) Are enraged and uncontrollable, these are simply released to hopefully cause havoc among the SB enemies.
2) Controllable with new useful traits but in exchange have some defects, either physically or mentally.

I believe they are only fire resistant not acid.

However it works out there is always a trade off in the world of Greyhawk.

My impression was that the red skinned Trolls were only fire resistant. (It's been quite a while since I looked at the SB sourcebook.) I would give them fire resistance 10 rather than make them Fire type creatures (which would make them immune to fire but vulnerable to cold type damage.) Although either way would make sense, perhaps the SB bred the Trolls with Salamanders or something?
