PC05 actually IS located at the first link Sir Xaris provided. It's way to the bottom and not labeled PC05, just Soul Husks. I just downloaded and both Philidor and Iuz are started out therein.

I think these last two are from the Codex of Greyhawk, in the adventures section.
I believe that PC10 Defection, is the same as the Defection on the Codex of Greyhawk site. There is an adventure by that name there with a map.
Additionally, there is a Rhenee Magic in the adventure section there as well.
So it may be that both of these are the PC10 and PC08.

Since we are on the subject of missing modules...
I have downloaded the module QMG The quest of the Mist Golem, but do not know whether or not QMG2 or QMG3 were ever posted. Does anyone have links to those modules?
Also, the PC series seems to be a bit bigger than what is on the spreadsheet on this site. I have a PC13 - Dimensions Lost, and a PC14 Bandits in my collection, but do not have a PC11 or PC12. Does anyone know what these modules were called and where to find them?

Yes, QMG2: Into the Vesve, was being written years ago (by Brian Dougherty, I believe). However, I do not know if it was ever finished and published.
