Okay, I know this has had to come up elsewhere, but I can't
find it: Where are the Sallavarian (Jallarzi and Xenia) family estates?

I know that Jallarzi lives in Greyhawk and that Xenia was Queen of Nyrond,
but where is their family estate? Isn't it in The Duchy of Urnst? If so,
where can I find more info on them and their holdings and political
ties? Isn't the Lorinar Family suppose to be related to them, even
distantly? Where do they have influence?

I've been able to find only trace info on the Nyrond site.
Please, help. Canon or non-canon or home-made, I don't care which.

They're from the Duchy Urnst alright.
Canon references are thin on the ground. They're mentioned as cousins of the Lorinars (the ruling house of the Duchy).
Your best bet on background is to look for info on Jallarzi. IIRC there's a pretty comprehensive write up in the Living Greyhawk Journal issue 0 (which I can't remember a single details from, alas, aside from she and Kieren Jallucien were an item).
Failing that, try Return of the Eight or the City of Greyhawk boxed set.

Ah - it only says she's minor nobility from the Duchy. There y'are.
