    Murq

The infamous magician Murq spirited away several of the Greyhawk Nobles' youths in 561 CY. I am now getting ready to revisit a PC's past in my game and his potential relationship (as one of the youths) to Murq. I know that there are no Canon stats on Murq except that he had Craft: Golem and was of a such a level as to create Simulacrums.

I was wondering what your take on this character and his history might be. Have you used him in your game? How did you flesh him out? Why did he snatch the noble brats? What did he do with them?

I did find the Canonfire article dealing with Murq and Celestian's Church.
I know about the expanded "Mist Golem" scenario that can be found on-line.

Thank you for you imput in advance.

    Murq

It seems there was an article on Murq in Dragon #269 called Murq's Magica. If you can find a copy of that, it might have some more info...
