Does anybody know where these statements that Gaxx & Zagyg are brothers and that Nystul was Gaxx' apprentice are sourced from?
Dragon issue 82 is just a bare bones description of the book in general. |
I wrote this piece.  I made Gaxx and Zagyg brothers as both are plays on EGG's name. I made Nystul Gaxx' apprentice as Nystul is named after Mike Nystul one of EGG's early cohorts. None of this is canon but I figured it worked with much of how EGG made internal references in GH from his actual associates and his own name. Gaxx and Nystul were also rather lacking in background and I figured they could use some more detail. None of this is canon, however.
