    I don't see why not. One of the admins will likely start one if there seems to be enough interest, especially if you ask nicely and promise cookies.

    You can start whatever threads you want, so far as Greyhawk is emphasized in some way. Eventually there will be a forum for "Greyhawk- Other Game Systems" where all such threads will go.
