Not long ago there was a Mysterious Places article or some such column, which detailed the City of Safeton on the Wild Coast. Does anyone know where this can be found as it is no longer available on WOTC? Is the original authors name available so he/she can be queried?

Still available here on the Wizards site. You need to search on All of Wizards rather than just D&D as it's an RPGA article.
