Other than the brief blurb about the necromancers' insurrection in the LGG entry on Bissel, are there any canon sources linking Evard to Nyeru et al from WG12 Vale of the Mage?

I have Evard as pushing out the current leadership of Bissel. He has a growing following to his cause. He wishes to unite the people under one banner the banner of the black. Make Bissel ruled by Bisselites not outside countries looking to pillage what is rightful ours.

Of course this is all so Evard can rule Bissel and yes I have him raising fallen members of his army to fight again in undeath. Evard plays it as allowing the good bisselites who gave there lives for freedom the chance to secure it for all Bisselites, lest there deaths be for nothing.
