I just uploaded a CF article submission. Of note, there are a total of 11 submissions in the que as of this date. FYI. Don't be bashful! Submit! _________________ GVD
I have not submitted anything recently because I have been busy, disheartened with the quality of the STAP and waiting on further developments in the STAP. Still, Postfests spur me, but there is only so many times I can say, Hey, lets have one.

I'm not sure of the source of the postfest ennui. Once bitten, twice shy?
Perhaps, a new model might be given a whirl:
1) The Powers That Be agree to host a postfest;
2) The Powers That Be do not announce the topic;
3) CF members in a thread in the main folder (got to get that readership to get participation) propose and debate topics;
4) The first topic proposed that gets 12 pledges, by 12 different posters, to support it becomes the postfest topic;
5) The Powers That Be recognize the "winning" topic;
6) Four months later all pledged entries, as well as any other latecomers, submit their entries to the Powers That Be as per usual.
Power to the proposers and the posters willing to step up!
I've got two in the pipe, am working on a 3rd (possible two parter, it's getting kind of long) and just started a 4th last night. Plus a couple I just need to "run a brush over."
This isn't by way of bragging but more to make sure y'all say "Okay smart-arse, where are those articles" and poke me with a stick when I don't submit something in the next month or so.
Glenn, I like your postfest idea. If we can get enough people to make a commitment we'll have to follow through... or be shamed. Shamed I say!

I uploaded one last night (my very first submission and a rather long one, I must admit). I guess it's right after your submission, since I was informed there were 12 in the queue.
