I'd like to have stats for the Black Plague, Hemlock, Belladonna, Arsenic, and other real-world poisons and diseases that existed in the real world during medival/Renesance times...

You're on your own for that one, pal. Have fun making them up.
Oh, and don't forget to post your results when you're done. ;-)

Should I take that as a hint, Rob?

I hate to beat dead horse but...have ya even thought to try Google for anything...at all? Ever? Here's a link:
http://www.google.com/
Fill in the blank and go wild on your topic of choice.
Found on Google using "hemlock death statistics" as the search topic):
Here's one, with some really interesting ingestion to death symptoms/times:
http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0906/is_n13_v43/ai_15161495
One can imagine that the toxins in hemlock could be synthesized to be concentrated, such that much less than "three bites" would need to be ingested. Say, just the right amount of powered hemlock toxins to fit in a hollow poison ring; kind of like this one:
http://www.silver-insanity.com/Sterling_Silver_TURTLE_Poison_Box_Locket_Ring_Size_p/3577.htm
"I'm just a happy little turtle ring, with a payload of DEATH!!!"
There's not too many toxicologists/botanists here unfortunately so you'll actually have to do your own research, though you've been given a head start with the above info. _________________ - Moderator/Admin (in some areas)/Member -

Hmmm....
Seems you've been planning...err...researching this poisoning thing pretty thoroughly, Ceb. Should we start feeling nervous?

Not sure how many real world poisons are in there, but that file has a ton of poisons for game use.

I stumbled across something potentially useful at DriveThruRPG: "Nature's Wrath", published by Bloodstone Press. There's a free (albeit severely censored/edited) 55 page demo preview; based on what I see there, this could be what we're looking for: various real-world poisons and diseases translated into d20 terms. I think I'll be downloading this one myself!
