Iuz the Evil would be useful for you, but really Iuz's plans should be tailored to the needs of your campaign. What do you want him to do from here?
Five Shall Be One and Howl From the North are modules that involve Iuz's plans, and which jump the Greyhawk Wars into existence.
I really don't recommend that you buy the Greyhawk Wars boxed set. The history of the wars from it was free on the Wizards website and on several Living Greyhawk websites at one point, but you probably won't find it particularly useful unless you want to have your own campaign be exactly the same as the official wars (and what fun is that?). From what you've said, your world with its united Furyondy and Veluna will probably be very different.
The basic outline of events can easily be found in a variety of places (The Adventure Begins, Living Greyhawk Gazetteer, From the Ashes, and various wikis). In short, though: Iuz disguises himself as the lost northern barbarian god Vatun, inspires the Hold of Stonefist to invade Tenh, and unites the barbarian clans under his banner. Then they see through his disguise and stop following him, so he goes back home, summons demons with the patronage of Graz'zt and Pazuzu, conquers the Horned Society, the Shield Lands, and the Bandit Kingdoms, and invades Furyondy. Furyondy and Iuz fight for a while and then come to a temporary and uneasy peace. In your Greyhawk, Iuz may be much less successful in his expansion. Or he may be more successful - only you know for sure.
