I've been trying to track down all the source material on Vaprak, "The Destroyer." Below is a list of the sources I have located. If anyone can add to this list, please do so:

Forgotten Realms: Giantcraft; 1995.
Planescape: On Hallowed Ground; 1996.
Defenders of the Faith; 2000.
Complete Divine; May 2004.
Dungeon Magazine Issue #6 (2)
Forgotten Realms Comic Books (3)
Issue #1: The Hand of Vaprak! Part 1: The Ogre's Paw (1989)
Issue #2: The Hand of Vaprak! Part 2: Convenging Lives (1989)
Issue #3: The Hand of Vaprak! Part 3: The Great Game (1989)
Issue #4: The Hand of Vaprak! Part 4: Fools Rush In (1989)
NOTE (1): I don't have access to this book, therefore I have no idea when it was published. The real issue, for me, is that I can't read it to see what it has to say about Vaprak. If anyone can help me out, please do.
NOTE (2): Supposedly, Vaprak is mentioned on pages 27-29 of this issue. Again, I don't have access to it, so if you can help out, I'd be most grateful.
NOTE (3): If you have access to these comics, please let me know if there is anything useful in them about Vaprak.
The Vaprak entry in the Deitybase™ repeats the DDG text almost verbatim (except for the stat block). That's the source of the Erol Otus illustration, as well. Here's the original entry:

Ogres and trolls worship Vaprak the Destroyer. This deity appears as an exceedingly horrid mottled brown and green humanoid. Vaprak has great strength, and he prefers to tear his prey apart with his claws rather than use weapons. It is said that this vicious being is always hungry, and in times of great troubles he walks the Prime Material Plane, robbing, killing and eating whatever he finds in his path. Vaprak regenerates 7 hit points per melee round.
Ogres and trolls revere Vaprak for his uncompromising ferocity and ability to destroy whatever lies in his path or causes him trouble. Vaprak sometimes (2% chance) rewards his worshipers by granting them berserk rage in battle, if they pray for it (+2 to hit and damage, but –2 from armor class). Ogres and trolls can be shamans of up to the 3rd level.
My other sources for Vaprak were the following:
Quote:
While it's not Greyhawk®-specific, Vaprak is also mentioned in the entries for Clangeddin and Brandobaris in Demihuman Deities. There's also his entry in Living Greyhawk™ Official Listing of Deities for Use in the Campaign, Version 2.0. I may be mistaken, but I thought he was named in the back of the From the Ashes gazetteer as well.
