Nobles exist in the Domain of Greyhawk region? The Free City grant people the status of landed nobility?

Yes, but few nobles have been appointed since Zagig was Mayor. The Adventure Begins p70-71 has some info.

There are about two dozen "petty nobles' whose titles have been sold by the city to raise revenue since 584 CY, but they aren't what are generally thought of as landed nobility. True nobility within the Domain has to be granted by the Directing Oligarchy.

Was anything ever documented about the priveleges/duties of the Greyhawk nobles? The petty nobles?

Robilar once had a castle within the Domain of Greyhawk, complete with his own army. And Tenser still has one, though he's considered to be independent. There's also Ayelerach, who might conceivably have lands somewhere in Greyhawk's domain. Yrag is a lord, of course, though he's in charge of Ford Keep rather than lands of his own.

... and let's not forget Sir Bluto Sans Pite, who proves that the Domain does grant knighthoods.

Yeah, Robilar and Yrag were also "ennobled" for capturing Bluto.

There's Lord Blackfair VII or VIII, who's ancestor was granted a Lordship for commanding GH"s cavalry during Zagyg's day.
And Lord Wainwright. I guess his ancestor built really, really good wagons.
Would GH's nobles be equivalent tot eh modern day British ones? No real power (ie high, middle adn low justice) but influential with lands and wealth built up over generations?
