PF settlement for City of Greyhawk

I was curious if anyone who has converted over from D&D vX.X (1st, 2nd, 3.0, etc) to Pathfinder has done a Pathfinder settlement block (from PFG GameMastery Guide, begin on pg. 202)...?

I have started roughing one out but wanted to get some input from those that might have already gone done that path before me...

Thanks in advance for any thoughts...

I've toyed around with settlement blocks several times. What have you got for it so far?

Probably doesn't help too much, but I created one for a town based off of Rookroost, a large city in the BK, that I will be using in mods in the future.

    Riverton
    CN large city
    Corruption +2; Crime +4; Economy +4; Law +1; Lore +4; Society +1
Qualities Notorious, Prosperous, Racially Intolerant (tieflings), Rumormongering Citizens, Strategic Location
    Danger +20
    Government Autocracy
    Population 18,300 (human 79%, half-orc 9%, orc 5%, halfling 3%, elf 2%, half-elf 1%, other 1%)
    Notable NPCs
Plar Hendrick Neverfear (N male human expert 3/rogue 9/aristocrat 2)
Deputy Plar Shaiyla Arkenhall (NG female human rogue 3/wizard 11)
Guardian of the Graves (LN female human cleric 14 of Pharasma)
Captain of the Flaneur Gate Llednirg (NE male half-orc barbarian 4/rogue 5)
Halfling Leader Misty Homeagain (CN female halfling rogue 3/wizard 5/arcane trickster 9)
    Marketplace Base Value 13,600 gp
    Purchase Limit 100,000 gp
    Spellcasting 7th
    Minor Items 80%
    Medium Items 50%
    Major Items 20%

Note that I changed the magic item availability from xdy number of items to a percentage. I'm not going to figure out what's available ahead of time each time the PCs want to go shopping, that's stupid.

I prefer the Pathfinder rules system, too, Aurdraco, but Pharasma isn't (normally) considered a Greyhawk deity. Wink

Yeah, yeah, I know. In my home campaign, she is a Suel cleric of Wee-Jas.
