    A youngling's greetings

Hello all, I am probably one of the very few that got introduced to Greyhawk through 5e, namely Ghosts of Saltmarsh. I've been playing for a few years (pathfinder and 5e) and DMing for even less time, so naturally Greyhawk wasn't a setting i would have more than passing knowledge about.

Enter Ghosts of Saltmarsh. After purchasing the book, i got very intrigued with the setting. I have got a few ideas on how to string the adventures presented along into a coherent campaign, and my internet/reddit research on said campaign idea was what actually led me here. Seems like there is a lot to learn and i'm looking forward to it!

The posters here know so much about this setting. It's a great resource for any question you might have.

    Greetings to Hyrknian Blade!

    Welcome, Hyrknian!
Glad to see you getting into the resources suggested on Reddit!
There's certainly a lot for you to find, and a lot of fun things to learn about! The setting is rich with history, and you can read for hours on end!

Just remember that you don't have to "know everything" before running a game, and you can learn alongside your players as you go along!

Have a great time, and we hope to hear from you often with questions, and stories of your campaign!

You may want to check out the Forum "Touring the Flanaess", located here:

Provides information on Greyhawk in small bits for someone new to the setting.
