    I assume it was left in for the benefit of those of us who play 2e. I, for one, appreciated that. I was much more inclined to read the entire article with that bit included.

    Actually, I have written my own sphere system, and though I don't stick to it hard & fast, it does help when I'm building spell lists. You can find it here: http://homepages.ius.edu/rvest/Greyhawk/PriestSpheres3E.html

    It's not completely 3.5 compliant, but it's the only 3E sphere conversion that I know of (I'd never have done it otherwise).
