I just got done running a MASSIVELY re-done Fate of Istus (damn the original was childish!) and spent a lot of time developing a number of characters and regions, with Xaene and the city of Rauxes being the most compelling.
I figured I'd give Xaene his due and expound on the background info I came up with in order to make it a complete story. Sargent did a pretty good job with Xaene, at least as far as mentioning him and his involvement goes. It just seemed obvious to me how to fill in the blank space in the story. :)
Up next will be my write-up of Turrosh Mak, which will NOT follow the Slavers version of things...
