    thanks, argon! I apologize for any difficulty for reading as english is not my native language.

    The reason I didnt described much of the barbarians was that i know very little about their story in the peninsula. So, the title can be a little misleading if one was looking for a full origin. I decided to include the reference to the barbarians not only because of the roots of the Sons of winter but also to help people identify the article with a know reference.

    And lastly, though the order may have some interests in common, the monks do not worship Vatun, just recognize their origin linked to the acts of the god and appreciate some of his goals :)
